Absolutely rude staff particularly Simone who didn’t care to listen to what I was trying to achieve regarding getting my son the rest of his vaccinations. Refused to listen and assumed I didn’t want the rest of his vaccines which I did want him to complete the cycle, she misinterpreted and started to argue with me over the phone. RecommendedInterlachen saw my baby girl today and gave her much needed vaccines. They moved things around for me and were so kind to squeeze us in! More so, I had a random question for the doctor and he spent a good 10 minutes going through many details and did not seem rushed in the least. They really care about their little patients!
We have been going to Interlachen for more than ten years now. We love the team of care providers there, and, more importantly, the kids love them too!
Dr. Smith is the best! He’s been taking care of our family for 17 years.
Our daughter is now 6 1/2 months and has gone through formula intolerance- pretty severe reflux- multiple eye infections- ear infections and now roseola. I cannot say enough how about responsive and accommodating Interlachen has been! As a first time mom everything is terrifying but I know that no matter what time of day I can get a hold of a doctor and they will find a way to see us no matter what. I really enjoyed the Interlachen library. They have a very friendly environment, Nice staff. Plus I enjoy the public computers.
