Very Weak Customer Service – Disappointing experience for a first time customer. A complete waste of an hour and a half drive.. This vendor recently decided they will NOT ACCEPT credit cards. Somehow just about every other retail business can afford to accept them, but not Eddie Lawson. lol He was rude, belligerant, and unhelpful. Insisted that I buy 3 times more trim than I needed, refusing sell me just the length I actually needed.
