Opthamologist Dr. MIchael Ross was my eye doctor for many years in Kamloops, British Columbia, until June of 2025, succeeding predecessor, Dr. Dennis Brown (retired). Both did excellent work, but after my partner passed away, I experienced a failing cataract and began to go blind. Faith in God, and the work of Dr. Ross as surgeon, during a five-minute surgery in early 2025, resulted in the complete restoration of my eyesight, with more peripheral vision than ever before. Thank you Dr. Ross. Thank you, God.

I saw Dr Doughty for my cataract surgeries. I decided on the best lens described, Vivity since I am an outdoors person and want good distance vision. Since I have limited vision in my right eye (the upper ceiling of my visual field & peripheral), Dr Doughty decided to consult with Dr Ross and told me not to write in which lens I wanted. She called me later on to say that Dr Ross thought it would be a waste of money for Vivity in my right eye and suggested Eyehance in the right, Vivity in the left.
