Parking is dreadful but once in the office everyone is wonderful
The staff were amazing, kind & speedy. Dr Ross was able to answer all my questions. Very impressed how organized & efficient the whole process went.
Long awaited appt for my sister who is legally blind in one eye and glaucoma in the other After several quick tests Dr.Ross entered the room Within 4 minutes : you have poor vision in both eyes( one is prosthetic ), you have a lazy eye ( in 35 years we’ve never been told that) “ Ya, poor vision come again in 6 months” Did not once look his patient in the face and speak to her Just typed into his laptop Get stuffed.
Dr Carr was excellent, very thorough. Appreciate it a lot. Dr Doughty did the cataract surgery on my eyes, they're improving everyday. She's a busy lady but listening to her talk to a med student when she did my right eye, I was impressed with her attention to details. Everyone one there was very nice and professional. It's been a good experience all around. Thanks
