Dr. Doughty and a couple of the staff are super rude. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism as this office. I would absolutely never return on their behaviour alone. I will drive hours away to not deal with them. They would rather avoid you than help you, was exactly how they make you feel.
Friendly staff makes up for the arrogant doctor.
Excellent and very efficient, friendly staff. I needed to get my left eye lasered by Dr. Ross. They fit me in even though it was very busy. It was a smooth operation.
Busy but efficient
This office feels like a cattle company. push people through without good consultation. One room to another. Eye drops that sting without warning. Redundant appointments. Paper vs contact Information. I felt like it's too impersonal. Young people with limited experience working with the elderly. Too busy. Too impersonal.
