I had both eyes done for cataracts and had a very good experience from the first appointment through the procedures.

Dr Ross interrupted me in the middle of a sentence to answer his cell phone during my appointment. He then proceeded to prescribed me antibiotics without bothering to actually look at my eyes and then left. So unprofessional

Opthamologist Dr. MIchael Ross was my eye doctor for many years in Kamloops, British Columbia, until June of 2025, succeeding predecessor, Dr. Dennis Brown (retired). Both did excellent work, but after my partner passed away, I experienced a failing cataract and began to go blind. Faith in God, and the work of Dr. Ross as surgeon, during a five-minute surgery in early 2025, resulted in the complete restoration of my eyesight, with more peripheral vision than ever before. Thank you Dr. Ross. Thank you, God.
