This office feels like a cattle company. push people through without good consultation. One room to another. Eye drops that sting without warning. Redundant appointments. Paper vs contact Information. I felt like it's too impersonal. Young people with limited experience working with the elderly. Too busy. Too impersonal.
I loved the staff, very friendly & professional. Dr. Ross is also very professional, friendly & has a good sense of humor. He went over everything with me before doing any procedures.
Parking is dreadful but once in the office everyone is wonderful
The staff were amazing, kind & speedy. Dr Ross was able to answer all my questions. Very impressed how organized & efficient the whole process went.
Long awaited appt for my sister who is legally blind in one eye and glaucoma in the other After several quick tests Dr.Ross entered the room Within 4 minutes : you have poor vision in both eyes( one is prosthetic ), you have a lazy eye ( in 35 years we’ve never been told that) “ Ya, poor vision come again in 6 months” Did not once look his patient in the face and speak to her Just typed into his laptop Get stuffed.
