Terrible service – Had a terrible experience with them. Their team would not arrive on time (within the time frame suggested) and after a several-month delay on the curtains, the material was wrong. There is no "customer is right" here--it's been a terrible experience. The people who came and installed our blinds were rude--kept rolling their eyes at each other and somehow gave off the impression that they thought we were inferior. Interior Motif Best Overall Experience – The Staff was Outstanding, Friendly and Efficient! They were very knowledgable and helpful! The installers were so nice, and everything came out beautiful. They had the lowest prices, and believe me I checked other Hunter Douglas Galleries! I highly recommend this place. I even recieved a hand written "Thank You" card. Which was a nice touch!
Great service and product – They projected 4 weeks from measure date to install, and they blinds came in 3.5 weeks. They were flexible to accommodate my schedule for in home measurement and installation. Everything was super fast and simple. I love my silhouette blinds.
Excellent Service – I don't understand what True Religion jeans & Hummer trucks have to do with the service the company offers, either way I believe the previous reviews were isolated incidents as my experience with Interior Motif went beyond my expectations. The at home consultation was very helpful, I had a chance to go through some samples & discuss other options from the confort of my living room. If I could give it zero stars, I would – the service is horrible. they are the slowest place i have ever encountered. they took 6 months to get our roman blinds installed, and the measurements were all wrong and we had to wait for them to fix it. we went with them because the original quote was reasonable, but what a mistake that was, because we ended up paying more than we expected. i feel like i've been had - the salesperson drove up in a Humvee wearing $200 True Religion jeans. i should have run for the hills.
terrible service – I went to Interior Motif for the first time a couple of years ago for some Hunter Douglas blinds. They did an okay job, some of the blinds were slightly short, but overall, I could live with the imperfections. They took 8 weeks to get the blinds installed, which I thought was kinda slow. I went back to them in November last year to get roman shades, using a material that I selected. Fantastic window designs – Our son had just moved to Manhattan for his first job after college. He looked on the internet and found Interior Motif located in Hoboken. Jasmine was great in helping him with his window selection and listened carefully to his suggestions. He needed it done asap and they accomplished ordering it and installing it within two weeks!
