I never met Interim in person but the take good care of my dad. They go beyond to make sure my dad has everything he need and comes out to check his vital even though he goes to his doctors appointment. They really cares about there clients. I am a caregiver myself and I know that the people they sent to take care of my dad is very special to me and my dad. Glad my dad has an agency that show love and is caring also has compassion for their clients.
New aides often arrived with no knowledge of their client's condition. They often had to be given basic instructions like not taking personal calls on duty while caring for our son. There was a lot of unreliability and high turnover but the agency never took responsibility. We had to hire additional help for unserved hours, and also grew tired of being treated with disrespect by the management. Would not recommend.
Interim healthcare has provided wonderful care for my son. I never have to worry that he has coverage. They are really easy to work with and talk to you especially if there are special needs with his care plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some good quality care for their loved one.
