I have worked with this agency for a few months now, and I cannot say enough good things. They have always come through for us in a pinch and are beyond accommodating. They are also so kind and compassionate to work with, and that is exactly the level of customer care you need when you are in a bind!
Interim is very responsive and accurately provided us with a caregiver who handled my husband’s needs with great care and expertise.
We have been using Interim Healthcare of Irvine for the past 4 months to receive care giving services for my elderly parents. The team has been fantastic to work with. They are incredibly organized, provide wonderful care to my parents, and easily accessible when you need to communicate with them. I really appreciate the proactive check-ins and updates on my parents care. Additionally, I receive detailed reports every 2 weeks by email to make it easy to track progress and level of care being received. Highly recommend.
The level of care provided by Interim and the caregiver tending to my husband was excellent. She was very attentive to his needs and was pleasant to work with.
Raj was just fantastic and was able to get nurse to my house in less than three hours.
