I worked for this company & was expected to go to an apartment with bed bugs after I had refused to go due to having a bad experience with that issue in Kansas. Also, I was not paid for 12 miles in which I drove one of their clients. When I mentioned it the office staff were not only rude, crude & socially unacceptable but passed the blame back to me; constantly stating, " You were trained on this. You should have documented correctly". Any good, reputable company would have corrected the issue w/o passing blame or being rud... read more
