This is absolutely the worst company. They tricked me into signing a 5 year contract when it was supposed to be one year. Then finally when 5 years was up, I cancelled and they have continued billing me. Their fees are overpriced and equipment is outdated. The app has never worked. Stay away from them.
Please don't use this company, they are crazy, I been with them for 12 years , Many people left the company, ,then things changed, the last 3 years been the worst, Ms Darlene in office, she,s a trip, they have given me lousy service, invade my privacy, they control my system , when I,m not touching anything, it's goes off, at the most crucial time. Please, don't deal with them. She is controlling things. But she better look up , God control all things.
