I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because continuity of care is critical when it comes to mental health. Over the past six to eight months, I have been assigned a new therapist almost every month or every other month. They have let my SO go weeks without his medications due to their incompetence and staffing issues three times in the last few years. He has been a long term client. They schedule an appointment, he states clearly and repeatedly he cannot do virtual and then when we arrive for the appointment he is told the therapist only does virtual appointments. The psychiatrist laughed in my face when I asked for help with a diagnosis, but had no problem trying to medicate me. Also, they never answer the phone even my insurance witnessed them not answering after calling 5 times while also on the phone with me simultaneously.

Don’t trust this place for your mental health or anything else, they not serious people they don’t take your mental health serious. Waste of time & energy never in my life had a worse experience anywhere else.
