If I could give zero stars would be accurate. My sons first communion pictures turned out horrible horrible horrible. The photographer did not adjust the lighting so they came out dark. They offered to Photoshop but that did not solve the problem. I was offered a free download of the pictures which didn't work. I couldn't download. I requested my money back but I can't go back in time and have pictures retaken! What a headache this has been, inter state is by far the WORST studio! I take better pictures with my phone....

Where is the rest of my order!? I ordered a ceramic coffee photo mug for 11.99. I got the pictures but I got no coffee mug! What gives? I want what I paid for. You all are already too expensive as it is and then not to receive my full order and then no way of effectively contacting you?

Zero stars. I wish the school would go back to the other company. The rude customer service woman wouldn't let me pick out the background color. The pictures were remakes because my son's hair was sticking straight up. It was taken during winter and no one could help with that? I was charged double postage for 2 pictures in the same envelope on top of already overpriced poor quality pictures. Same boring pose for the past three years. Get creative or stop calling yourselves professionals. My daughters old school had a local company that was colorful, creative and fun. Less money for better portraits by far. What a waste of money with Inter State. How I miss Strawbridge. I wish Dickinson ISD would drop you.
