I bough pictures from them last year, the large package i got was horrible. They look very unprofessional. I was hopping to give them out to my family since it was my daughter’s first year in school. Today is picture day again, this time I’ll just wait for the proof before I make my order online.

Wish I could give negative stars. This company is the absolute worst. I've started a petition in our district to cancel their contract. They take photos and sell packages from 1977. I have 4 children and I stopped buying school photos when Inter-State Studios took over the contract years ago. They have terrible service, the photos are off-center and prices are ridiculous. I'd advise you to get your school district to cancel their contract too.

MORE LIKE ZERO STARS I WASNT AWARE THE SCHOOL RECEIVED THE CLASS PICTURES AND MY DAUGHTERS WHO ARE IN 2 DIFFERENT CLASSES NEVER GOT THEIR PHOTOS. HOW CAN YOU EVEN DO THAT TO BOTH GIRLS IN THE SAME FAMILY IN DIFFERENT GRADES. YOU GUYS SUCK

I don't even want to check on the 1 star because they don't deserve even that! Horrible customer service, still didn't get what I ordered after contacting them multiple times. I'm making sure our school district never gets these clowns back!!

Horrible service. Sports photos were taken and now the season has been over for close to three weeks and no word on when the pictures will be delivered! Inter-State, you sure know how to disappoint!

Shame on you, Inter-State Studio & Publishing for modifying your packages and requiring the purchase of a package in order to then buy the digital portrait Add On. In previous years, we've been able to purchase the digital portrait cd by itself. The price for that by itself was slightly high in my opinion, but justifiable. Now that you require the purchase of another package BEFORE buying the digital CD (which is the only option we want), it seems like you're taking advantage of parents. The exact same package was $5 more at the elementary school compared to both the middle and high school in the SAME district. When I asked why there was a difference, the rep told me the prices are negotiated by the rep and the school. I brought this to the attention of the principal and he told me he did not negotiate anything, he was told what the prices were. My daughter's school uses this company and I could take the same quality pictures and am by no means versed in photography. They're okay enough to be passable. The main reason I am giving 1 star is that the pricing is OUTRAGEOUS. You literally cannot get 1 picture of your child for less than $9 and that's for wallet size. Now I wouldn't mind paying that price if it came from a professional service but these are certainly not professional photographers.
