This company is terrible! They over charge for pictures and change pricing per grade. They also dont offer the digital cd to all grades, just some. They force you to purchase a package even if you just want 1 8x10. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!

They were able to capture my son's football picture with a beautiful sunset in the background. Given the number of kids that needed their picture taken I was worried but they did a wonderful job.

Even a 2 yr old one can take a better picture than the interstate. The cutting is also nothing to write home about . Veryugly and dull pictures .

Ruined my child's Kindergarten pics. He looks cross eyes and not even looking at the camera. Thanks for taking these memories from me. Only year I won't have since he been in daycare.. every year I get a picture of him and knowing this is his yearbook photo is even worst. I am going to make sure his picture is taking out of the yearbook

Ordered school pictures that were taken on September 3, 2019. Have NOT received the class photo as of February 11, 2020. NO customer service. You have to "schedule" a call back and am still waiting for that. Pictures received are poor quality and definitely NOT worth the money. I cannot believe theyare even in business. Would NOT recommend

Customer Service is lacking. You can find a much better photographer to do school photos.

Honestly, Just terrible, trash quality pictures! If it wasn't because my child's face is on them I would just toss them in the trash. This was my first time ordering from them through the school and it will definitely be the last (0) starts. The pictures I took with my android are beyond better, please do NOT waste your money here when you can get better quality photos with your own phone .

Terrible quality. The photos are noisy and lack sharpness. Their so called "high quality" digital downloads at most resolve 2-3 Megapixels, they look like upscaled low resolution photo. You might as well just take the photo with your IPhone and will get a better quality product at the end. I can't believe Inter-State is used by public schools to do class photos.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! They just are worried about the number of students to take pictures, they don’t care if the kid is crying, sleeping or even with nose bleeding .... they just take the picture and charge it for it, whatever if you are sad or mad because the horrible picture. They just are interested for the money no for the client. Hopefully we are a good group and all sharing the same feeling of total discontent next year our kids will not be a part of this embarrassing situation!!!
