Myself and others felt alienated and uncomfortable by the program's lack of flexibility, especially towards neurodivergent people and people with queer identities. I saw in my opinion both trans peers and trans staff being treated poorly during the 6 weeks I was there. I was made to feel like I was breaking rules by expressing myself and for being aware of my boundaries as someone with ADHD.
