a year ago I would have rated 5 stars. Now, I go in before my scheduled appointment into a crowded waiting room just to be told that I "rescheduled my appointment" which I never did. After getting that sorted out, get back to the room to not see my provider. providers change month to month. constant location changes. you may have an appointment with a provider and come in to find out that your provider no longer works there.

the staff here are amazing. Dr Joyce is wonderful and always takes the time to listen and genuinely cares what's going on with my medication and problems. would recommend her to anyone!!

I would of recommended this place a year ago. But there is no way now I would. My meds aren't ever called in when they are supposed to be. I'm always waiting forever at appointments now. I stopped seeing the counselor long ago when I shared some serious issues I was having and she acted like it was nothing. Now I don't know what is going on. They just dont seem to care at all anymore about patients. Plus CLEAN the waiting room for Pete's sake. Its a Dr office and the chairs are never wiped off or cleaned. GROSS!
so I have been going to the center for roughly 6 weeks now, and the last two times I have taken a urine screen the results have been positive and as god as my witness on my dead sisters grave I have not done ANY drugs what so ever...today I go into the office as normal and was informed that my urine screen had tested positive amphetamine and opiates. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE, no way no how. I requested a hair follicle test be done and was turned down and refused. The hair sample would be more accurate and will tell the tale... read more
My husband has suffered scoliosis, degenerative disk and extreme "S" curvature of his back which caused severe pain for 21+ years and it was crippling him due to nerve loss. Tish (our APRN) sent us to a neurosurgeon - her Dad's neurosurgeon! Well, it took referral from this guy to another top notch neurosurgeon to another top top notch Neurosurgeon (Dr. Scott, Lexington, KY). My husband has experience at least 75% improvement in pain. These people are really nice, pretty good about being on time, and - well, a God-send.
