First roller I have owned and i am so glad I purchased the Intelliroll. I love the grove that allows for your spine to stay aligned. I have arthritis in my neck and now that I use this 3x week the pain and stiffness has decreased. Feels amazing when I roll from neck to sacrum. ..like I just left chiropractor. Honestly I can't say enough about the design of this roller!

I know the importance of foam rolling, but the IntelliRoll takes foam rolling to a higher level. The design keeps pressure off of the spine while relieving muscle tightness. I can feel the difference and I would never go back to a regular roller!

I own a few foam rollers & use therapy balls regularly. I love this roller bc it's a combination of both. Rolling on this, I can get knots out myself, roll my neck, arms, hips, in so many diff ways. I now have both the blue & black & have gifted it to friends who are therapists and need to keep their bodies healthy.
Like others Ive tried many rollers. But none of them ever really nailed it. I have to say that this one, this one has. It has become my go to--several times a day stress reliever and upper back/neck adjuster. I was blown away by the ability to get into each tight spot no matter where it is, and work on it until I get the result Im looking for, depending on the angle and body position i choose. The more i use it, the more I learn what it can do.
Great for warm-up prior to playing soccer. Especially helpful to lowest spine area that can't be addressed with a standard foam roller.
