Good customer service but the web interface needs an upgrade!
Again, if I could give them zero stars, I would. I've contacted them twice to close our accounts and followed their protocols. I asked for confirmation, but no response. Do not recommend.
We've been customers for more than a decade. The one time I had an issue and called them for assistance, I received no help. Customer service reps lacked empathy and did not care to help. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend.
