The 1 star was because the service guy was nice enough. As a business this company gets 0 starts. This company NEVER answers their phone and NEVER returns messages. I had someone come and repair my dryer and my fridge. The repair guy seemed very nice and helpful. The dryer worked for a day and then went out. I tried to reach out numerous times to follow up my dryer not working and received no call back. I paid good money that went to waste and I would never recommend this business to anyone.
like another customer, had to use this company due to my home warranty company. Never responded to voice mails, try to call numerous times (literally 46 times), till they finally blocked me or whatever - it would go to voice mail immediately. this company is terrible and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Had to use this company because of home warranty. They came out and supposedly “fixed” our ice machine which stopped working again within two weeks of the repair. After the second technician came to our house, it was decided that we need a new part. I’m now waiting to see if they will actually follow through with finding the part. They never answer the phone so you can’t speak to anyone. I always have to call my warranty company and have them get in touch with them. I have contacted this repair company to come and take a look at my drier that was not heating. The repair worker arrived later than the window they gave me which was not a big deal. He took a look at the drier and quickly advised that he needed to replace the cut off fuse. He quoted me $208 for the job. I am not a handy man and have 0 knowledge of cost replacement for appliance parts but after the discussion, he recommended that I do it rather than spend $600 for a new drier.
