They came out and removed a very dangerous tree that was about to fall on a neighbors house. The representative was very quick to respond, honest, up front, and they did good work. Very fast turnaround.
John came when he said he would. Discussed my trees and what they should have done. It was scheduled and completed. I ask him to return which he did. Took care of my concerns the next day. Yes I would have him return.
I found out a tree in my backyard fell over around 6:00pm on December 24th so I used servicemagic and put out a request to get assistance with the tree. Within 15 minutes I received a call from John at Integrity Tree Care, Inc. After talking to John he said he could come out on Christmas day to take a look at the tree.
