John came by to give an estimate on pruning a small Honey Locust tree. John did the job on the spot for a very low price. I am very please with the results and will call on him next fall to come back and check the tree again. I believe John really knows his trees! Thanks John.
Was very hard to communicate with them. Left many messages and made many phone calls, were very vague.

Recently, our corporate office was hit with technical issues in our phone system for approximately three-weeks. During this time, we never received any incoming phone calls. Instead, calls went directly to voicemail without our knowledge. Some calls never even came through. They were very quick and reasonable. The subcontracted stump grinding left a little to be desired, but Integrity was great.

We encourage our customers to evaluate our performance and those of our subcontractors, and we take any concerns seriously. Upon further review of this and other comments regarding this particular subcontractor, we have since enlisted the services of another company.
Before we hired John, we read all of the great reviews on this website. I had high hopes for a good experience with this company. What we experienced was very different. The team was late, very rough, hit the house scratching up the paint, and broke a landscape light. We were also dissatisfied with how little trimming was done for the price quoted. Integrity Tree Care made every effort to address these issues. Regarding tree care, quantity has nothing to do with quality of service provided. All pruning, deadwood and thinning is done to ANSI standards, and supervised by ISA Certified Arborists, individuals who employ tree care practices based on current data and an understanding of each tree's unique attributes. They did a good job!

Excellent...They were on time when it came time to do the job. They watched all of the flowers and sprinkler heads by covering all of them. This project required getting into my neighbors yard to trim some of the over hanging branches and where careful not to leave any debris behind. After evening thing was down on the ground they quickly cleaned up the area and provided a friendly goodby.
