I have owned 5 different hot tubs in forty years until i purchased this tub this company is super great to work with I like a lot of people that purchased a spa was late on receiving my tub but it was everything and more when i did get it and the techs walked me through the set up and programming ,I am thinking about getting a swim spa and not look any where else i use this tub twice a day and have since i received it

If you have a ton of patience, this is the brand for you. Our spa is nice and is working fine thus far. However, we are very worried about having a warranty issue in the future. Delivery took 4 times as long as specified when ordered. Our cover was punctured upon delivery. It took 13 months and a BBB complaint to have them ship a replacement. They blame everything on Covid when you call. Promises to get back to you with an update are never honored. Do an internet search and read their reviews before pulling the trigg... read more

I've read all the past reviews for the Covid and Supply Chain era before buying. I decided to go ahead and buy the Oahu, with the hope that things were getting back to normal. I was told that it would be 12 weeks or less like most have been told so of course I was a little skeptical. I figured I would give Intregrity the time they stated before calling for an update. I'm another smuck apparently that did not find these reviews in time. And time is all I have now, 7months so far to be exact and have been told next week by them at least 12 times! Says my hot tub is been delivered in a place but the delivery company's say they can't get it. So shady they are probably a super scam company considering I'm one of many with the exact same story here. Leeches that take advantage of families during a crisis. DON'T BE THEY'RE BLOOD!

We received our spa a few months back. We got it hooked up a couple weeks ago and when we moved it we cracked a manifold on the spa. I called Jay and he sent a replacement part right out. This is the second integrity spa we have owned and have been very pleased with both. . They have always done every thing they said.

It has been a nightmare dealing with Jeff and Jay from IntegritySpas. Every step of the order has been mired with problems and lack of professionalism. 9 months after placing order, I’m still dealing with problems. No response or care from anyone from IntegritySpas. They got my money so I guess they don’t care about damaged product they sent out. This all started in November 2020. Placed an order knowing that hot tubs are backordered and it’ll take some time. I would second gues ordering your tub from here unless you really don’t care about how long it will take or communications about your shipmt. We have been told several times that our tub shipped and still have no tracking info and cannot get an accurate answer. The company says it shipped, trucking company says otherwise. And you cannot get thru to anyone else except the customer service people at Integrity. Today, we still have no idea where our tub is. We were told 10 weeks or so. We are going on 15.
