We live in Washington State and purchased the Grand Cayman from IntegritySpas about 9 months ago. The quality is outstanding and we are thoroughly enjoying it. It was delivered on time and without and issues (we did have to hire a crane to get it into the back yard). The best part is their Customer Service. Jeff (a human being) picks up the phone and answers all questions, sent a part within a week and answers emails within a few hours. Very helpful. Thank you IntegritySpas!
Jeff and Jay are the best! We almost didn't believe the price so we did lots of checking. We got delivery on time, and it is so much better than our old one that cost more than this one 15 years ago!

We purchased a spa from integrity spa back in 2020. We absolutely love it not only did we save a lot of money. Customer support is amazing. It’s a beautiful spa. I’ve seen similar spas on showroom floors for twice the amount we paid. I highly recommend this company.
My Integrity Hawaii hot tub spa was delivered and installed On November 18, 2024. Order was placed on August 7, 2024. All good things take time and I was told right up front it would take this time to have it built, shipped and installed. I'm very happy with my new spa. It is every thing I hoped for. I was skeptical about purchasing a spa without seeing it but I will. Say my experience with Jay at integrity spas was outstanding. The bimini spa Lived up to the hype of having many extras that did not cost extra.I am a professional electrical contractor and I found the quality of this spa to be outstanding . Jay made it easy to order and has always helped me when i had questions. It’s a great swim spa! It’s great quality and they handled delivery pretty easy as well.
