My wife and I bought the oahu spa last year. We are absolutely in love with it We use it every day. The whole process was seamless. I couldn't have asked for it to go anybetter
I purchase a Spa about a year ago and there was some damage to it upon delivery. They do not stand by their product and will not send somebody out to do the repairs.
Great quality and customer service. I used the tub last year and currently opened for this year. No issues or concerns.
We purchased the Oahu spa in June 2023 from Integrity Spas. Waited about 8 weeks for delivery. The sales staff has been great and very patient at answering my many questions. With the 103F temperatures, we have only been enjoying it in the early mornings. Anxiously awaiting cooler weather. The cover lift kit makes it easy for my small wife to raise it. Lookin forward to many years of enjoyment.
The Rum Cay Hot Tub is incredible and I can’t believe the price I got for mine! Two years of running great and I use the hot tub frequently! Give Integrity Spas an opportunity and trust in Jeff and Jay, and you will not be disappointed. They are honest people, and the customer service is great!
We purchased the Big Kahuna from Integrity spas and everyone loves it. We've had a phenomenal experience from order to delivery and after delivery, good communication and a great product at a fabulous price. Be patient, you won't be disappointed.
I purchased a Tahitian spa from integrity spas in December 2022 I did not un wrap it for 5 months waiting on the snow to melt and for an electrician. I placed it in my garage and forgot it. We unwrapped it on Saturday to move it to its pad and found lots of damage to the side panels. I called Integrity spas and sent them pictures. Within 10 minutes of my email to them Jay called me back apologized for the damage and agreed to send me new side panels to repair all the damage. We've had our Aruba swim spa for 2 years now. No problems whatsoever. We've had questions from time to time and Integrity is quick to reply, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Would not hesitate to buy another tub or spa from them. Thank you!
Have had our hot tub from Integrity for 3 years. No major issues. Have replaced cover from sun wear and replaced a few pop in jets that integrity covered under warranty.
