Regret this purchase. We purchased the Grand Cayman Extreme model. What a waste of $24,000. The unit arrived in June 2022. This past weekend, I noticed that all of the water had mysteriously drained out of the swim spa side. Contacted customer service and that was a huge waste of time. I purchased my Hawaii model in early 2020. Jeff and Jay spent weeks with me providing all the technical details (I'm an engineer and owned spas for 20 years). Based on experience, spas need a 24hr recirc pump (check), an ABS base (check), reliable pumps and controller (check), sealed cabinet to prevent rodents (check) and accessibility of all parts/plumbing (check). I purchased my Bali Spa in the summer of 2015 from Integrity Spas. It arrived when promised with all of the accessories that were problem. There were 2 small cracks in the corners of the cabinet and Jay of Integrity Spas quickly send me 2 replacement panels at no charge. Nice spa & pretty trouble free for about 6 years. It was easy to order & everyone wants to get what they order sooner rather than later, but it was worth the wait. It’s a 10 seater & has been relaxing & fun.

I purchased a Paradise Spa from IntegritySpas! You can not beat the quality of the product for the price and the customer service was always excellent especially Jay who is extremely knowledgeable concerning all the products and parts.
This is my first hot tub. I initially did an internet search to get an idea of what I might want and the prices. I was concerned that Integrity was about half the cost of my local dealers.
