Sean and Kathy were a delight to work with on my roofing job. I bid three contractors and chose Integrity Roofing and Construction. The proposal was detailed and professional and Sean was very responsive. The roofing crew did an excellent job and had my home completed within two days. My home is 5200 sq ft with 12 and 14 pitches, so that is quite a feat. The quality of materials and installation was superb and at a reasonable cost. Excellent company and owner that fixed my roof issues in an expeditious manner at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again.
The roof was completed on March 7th, 2019. The gutters were supposed to be completed the next day on March 8th. The gutters were completed on March 20th. There was only 1 or 2 rainy days in that time frame. The depreciation recovery paperwork was sent to my insurance company on 4/15/2019 by IRC after innumerable texts making excuses for delays. Very happy with the quick turnaround by Sean & team at Integrity Roofing on our tile roof repair. They even found a few areas that our builder forgot to put the flushing on and took care of putting those in order. This is the 2nd house that I have had Integrity Roofing repair for us. While I hope that I don't have to use them again (fingers crossed), they will be the first place that I turn to.
We had damage to our roof from last spring’s hail storms. Sean and his team at Integrity Roofing did a great job explaining the whole process to us. Sean is very professional and detailed. He works with the insurance company to make sure everything is covered and he fixes it correctly.
