RecommendedAbsolutely! ILO is an amazing place to work; I have almost been here working 3 years and they have supported me through it all. Everybody who works at ILO is extremely supportive, friendly, and hard workers. They treat you like crap and I don’t feel like they care at all about me. The ils workers are great when they are around but other then that this company is not good for me.
If you're looking for a company that nurtures their employees, and gives you the flexibility and independence you need, you're going to want to work for ILO!
i told them when i needed time off, would never got. i would get yelled at when i had court paperwork due and had an appointment to deal with it. I was told I had to put the 6 homes i worked in before my family.

I have been employed here at Integrity for 16 months now, and have been extremely happy here with the opportunities for learning and growth with this company. I work with some incredibly talented, brilliant, professional and fun people which have supported me in transitioning from a job to a career I love. I have worked in the field for many years, but never felt as valued and supported as I do here. I suspect Integrity may be stuck with me for many years to come. Thanks to all the phenomenal staff at Integrity!!!
