Integrity Home Care has proven to be one of the most unprofessional, exploitive, and negligent agencies I’ve ever dealt with. They routinely cut my government-mandated caregiving hours at the last minute and refuse to make them up, even though it is clearly just a scheduling issue. They are kind friendly people, the only issue that I am experiencing right now is that needs are not being met consistently. Communication can be hard at times as well as attendance.

I have worked for integrity for almost 10 years now I have seen many people come and go from the office I can and will say now that Jenn and Hayley have been there the office has changed so much now it is ran like it should be Jenn and Hayley are the best 2 I have ever seen do as good as a job as they do and they both are more then fair to all of us employees I can call either of them and they always get back to me fast I can honestly say a few times I needed help and Jenn and Hayley were in a meeting and they both have stee... read more
