Who does not know how to hang up laundry? Mom is not difficult. What is difficult is the elder being blamed for blatant laziness. Moms time should not be wasted by employees hanging out on social media majority of the shift, dealing with employees telling fibs, and people not showing up for shifts.

I work for this company and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They treat their employees and the families they care for with nothing but love, understanding, respect, compassion and kindness. They have treated me like family since day 1 & any obstacle I have faced since being with them they have done their very best to help me thru it.

Basically told me they were going to move forward with a job and had me sitting around waiting on them and when I asked if I was still going to get it they acted like they didn’t know anything. I just needed a yes or a no so I could move on lol.
