We had a great experience with Daniel Blum as our home inspector. Daniel was incredibly thorough and took the time to communicate in detail with us about his findings. We are also particularly grateful to Daniel, because weeks after the inspection he helped us to get extra documentation for a waiver that we needed - and on very short notice! Daniel is a professional thorough Home inspector and I would absolutely refer him to anyone needing help with a Home or Radon Inspection. We were in a pinch before the Christmas holiday and I must have called fifteen companies to try and find someone to do a last minute Radon Test for our client. I utilized Dan's inspection services for a condominium inspection in Colombia back in early 2007. I just realized I never wrote a review so I am finally writing it. He looked at the whole property, was very through and explained a lot of things he noticed. For example he discovered aluminum wiring connections in outlets, switches and light fixtures which becomes increasingly dangerous over time.
