If we could give zero stars, we would. Audrey had no humanity towards our now deceased family member. We called 24 hours before to cancel appointment due to emergency situation and Audrey refused to do that stating we have to give 48 hours notice. However we can’t know circumstances that long before. Audrey also charge us for appointments before she came and we don’t get refund for any cancellation.
