If I could give a zero, I would! This agency obviously does not know the US rules and regulations in providing health care; and they do not provide the services advertised on their website. We have requested a different caregiver, but this company argues and will not work with us. A family member almost died due to the neglect from their employee. My aid was constantly rude to me and yelled at me on a regular basis. She was constantly setting the smoke alarm off with her cooking which would really upset me and Jake me cry because I’m Autistic and loud noises really upset me and she would scream at me for crying.
