Great company! We recently had Tim service our unit and my mother-in-law's. He did a terrific job on both. Tim was friendly, professional and very patient with answering our questions. Integrity has been our go-to AC service company over the past several years and will certainly be the folks we call in the future.
STAY AWAY!!!I would never recommend this company to anyone!! I bought my AC unit 4 years ago and already had to sink $500 in repair fees and need to replace the coil which is covered under warranty but will cost me an additional $1200 in service fees. So much for loyalty after purchasing not only an air conditioning unit but also a heating unit from “Integrity”.The manager was cold and uncaring of the situation by telling me there was nothing he could do when clearly they could come fix the faulty machine they sold me. Integrity does great work for us year after year! Their technicians are always so helpful and friendly. It's nice to know you can trust what they tell you and are not trying to upsell you on something you don't need. They really do go out of their way to provide an outstanding customer experience!

I was in a jam last month as the compressor on my 13 year old unit died...Integrity came in almost $2000 less than a competitor - explained everything and had us up and running in no time. We also had a post install issue that was not 100% on them - but they made it right and at no cost to me. I would recommend them and hope to do business for many years to come. I chose Integrity at the recommendation of a friend of mine - this is a very crowded industry - caveat emptor!
