Integrity installed a new furnace and A/C to replace my 20 year old furnace. Ryan & crew did a wonderful job. They left the work area very neat (inside and outside) we didn’t even know they were there. They thoroughly explained my new thermostat. We also loved the plant it was a very nice touch.
After moving to a new home in February, our AC unit quit working on July 3rd so we immediately reached out to the folks at Integrity Heating & Cooling. To our surprise and delight, a technician was here that same afternoon to assess the situation and Barry came out on the 4th of July to go over the various options for replacement. The Integrity crew has been servicing our old hvac unit for two years. Today, they installed a brand new Lennox unit. The folks at Integrity could not have been nicer nor more professional! We have used a number of hvac companies over the years. But Integrity stands out as the absolute best! I will recommend Integrity to neighbors and to anyone in the north Mecklenburg County area! They are simply the best!

I’m honestly frustrated that we have an agreement with Integrity, otherwise would never use them. Our upstairs AC is out, I called for a 10-2 appt the following day. I called the day of appointment around 12:30 to check a possible ETA. I figured they were busy-it’s August and 90-ish degrees after all.
