My experience with Beluga was very good The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and that was important to me as they understood my request for all equipment to be installed exactly where we wanted it and to have all the lines as hidden as possible. I left a positive review but I am changing it they showed up at my house to do work. To install a new hot water heater and change out the reserve water tank for the well. To start they send a worker to do the installation for both I don’t believe he ever did an installation like this himself. He starts around 9am by 3 pm I still have no water keep on telling him I need water. He makes phone calls for help he is overwhelmed with the job.
