I purchased a service package from this company expecting transparency and coverage consistent with the agreement. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. During the extreme cold last week, my furnace stopped working and I called Beluga for service. Their diagnosis was that I needed a new motherboard and an igniter (which were replaced in November 2025), but only the igniter was covered under warranty.
