5 stars - I called for a service check of my heater and they came out same day. Owen was very informative about how my system checked out, showed me some things and answered all my questions (oops, he showed me I had put my filters in backwards!) thanks Owen! I was very pleased with their response time and the work they performed. I would use them again!
Worst HVAC company I've ever dealt with. If I could give no stars I would. Our house isn't even 2 years old and they aren't stepping up to do the work in their failing unit. Hard to reach and when you get the person on the "emergency number" he doesn't even "know how you got his number." It's posted on my wall with their own sticker and logo. As a property manager, this is a company I will not ever refer, but will remind people they left me with no AC for more than a week, 8.5 months pregnant, in 98 degree temperatures.
Installed my gas range, clean install and saved me $$.
Just had them out to my house to service our 2 AC units today. Nathan did a fantastic job, was super cool and the price was right. Other companies I've used have been really sub-par but Integrity will be getting my repeat business!
