We had a problem of no heat getting into our main bathroom. Ken Blake from Integrity came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a miss adjusted damper in the feed line before the outlet damper. He adjusted it and answered another question I had about the system. Can't say enough about the quick and thorough service this company provides. Keep up the good work! Five star rating is my opinion ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ken came and did an amazing job. He was very thorough. I don't know anything about this kind of stuff, and he did a great job at explaining things in a way that I could understand. He stayed over his time and cleaned everything out really well. The difference in my heat was night and day. And the price was the best I found in Nampa. Will definitely be using Integrity again!
