We had hand scrapped hardwood floors installed and they are the worst. Scratch from out cat walking on them, dented by furniture with pads underneath them. Integrity floors came out to check it out, tested them and said there is no issue. We have had the floors less than a year and almost every piece is scratched or dented.
Integrity Floors did a wonderful job for us and we couldn't be happier with the new floors! Tommy is easy to work with and kept us in the loop as any issue, big or small, came up and his crew was friendly and professional.
