In early August 2020, I put a request into *********** looking for a contractor to replace my roof, siding and gutters as well as paint. A sales rep from Integrity Exterior Solutions promptly responded and scheduled an appointment to get me a quote the next day. The sales rep came and wrote up the quote while the company's owner sat in the truck in the driveway. Business response:
In response to this complaint, it looks like the main two concerns where adding ridge vent vs traditional vent and getting the siding painted. Looking at the timeframe of installation we unfortunately ran into winter. Which neither projects can be installed during winter due to warranty issues of application. The job was finished the next spring when the weather permitted. I looked at the job personally and it looks great!
