Love Gage he’s awesome!! Everyone else there not so much, very slimy.
This is a review for both this dealership and Explorer. We bought a Chevy Express Explorer conversion van from this dealership in March of 2024. The dealership raved about this vehicle and how great it was for large families and traveling and quality product. They bragged about how great everything was about it. Fast forward a year and the product itself is awful. The seatbelts in the back row don't work. We have flares and pieces of trim unscrewed and broken off. Erik Link sold me a mirror I ended up not needing so I returned it and was told because it was order I will lost 35% of my money. Erik Link never informed me if I don’t need the part it would be a 35% cost to return it. Steve Hastings is the manager who informed them to charge me the 35%. Nobody could show me the policy of the 35% return fee.
The sales team is exceptional. However, the phone system has very little to be desired. Called several times and am transferred to wrong places and at sometimes the system hangs up on you. I have had to physically walk in to get to the right person two times now.
Great truck buying experience, from the first hello by Ken, to signing the papers. Brandon and Ken, in sales, were super nice to work with. Highly recommend Integrity Chevrolet in Chattanooga. My new “go to” Chevrolet dealer from now on.
