My daughter is working and going to school in Cobleskill she went to integrity auto for an inspection. The car passed but Heath noticed that the left rear breaks were wore a lot more then the other 3 . He made an appointment for her so he could check it out. I spoke to him and explained my concern for her not having a car and we also discussed the repair. He was very nice to deal with and after I decided to have him do both rear calipers and not just the left side he ordered the parts ahead of time and he had her in and out ... read more

I am searching for the words to describe exactly how positive my experience with Heath and his staff, at the perfectly named Integrety Automotive in Cobleskill was. I had an issue with my Kia Sorrento regarding the computer monitoring system. I went to 3 garages and they didn't investigate the cause. Heath had more knowledge and expertise than all 3 of those other places put together! On my way home from a week in Cooperstown with a car full of kids and my car broke down, thank god the tow company took me to Integrity Auto. When we pulled in the shop it was very busy and I was thinking there was no way they would even be able to look at the car let alone fix it. I was traveling out of town and had car trouble. How LUCKY for me it was right next to Integrity auto repair. Very Professional and informational! This shop is amazing! Heath was so helpful and went over everything with me. Took time out of his busy day for a walk in appointment. I cant thank you enough! Honest, Smart, caring! Integrity can be a tough name to live up to -- but not for this repair shop. We've gone to them for years, and they consistently go above and beyond to give superlative service fairly priced. They have prevented us from getting unnecessary repairs suggested by other local car-oriented service places (we won't name names because most of them have tried it with us).
