Bad customer service for real. The guy was super nice to us when we arrived but as soon as we were planning to buy and talk prices, he became rude and disrespectful. I wish you guys the best, but we’d rather take our business elsewhere.
I checked both Google and the website for hours. Called to confirm that they were open until five, no one answered but the message for the voicemail confirmed they were open until five. I had to ask to get off work an hour before they closed to make it in time and give time for the transaction. I arrived at 4:30, door was locked with a faded sign that said they were out on a test drive, understandable. They got back and went inside with their client.
