The office people were very helpful in communicating with the insurance people. I felt as though I had 'someone on my side', in that they worked through all the procedures. You don't have to 'do it on your own' with their help. The men arrived in the time frame that was planned, and were personable and professional. The work was done efficiently. I used the coupon on the back of the Fry's market receipt!

My wife and I have used Integrity for windshield replacement for over 10 years. They've been consistently great every time. They literally make it painless to call the claim in and schedule. Emily in the office was so helpful and got us scheduled quickly. I love these guys they're so awesome! Danny was our installer this last install and he's just so friendly and great! He let us know when he was heading our way, he took less than 30 minutes to replace the glass. We recommend integrity to pretty much any neighbor and friend who has a crack in their windshield. Even though their promotion is a perk, we would use their company regardless because they have always shown excellence in their work!

This would be the third windshield that Integrity has replaced in our cars over the years.They provide fast and excellent work, including leaving our cars and the surrounding areas very clean. They gave me an 8:00 am thru noon time frame, but called at 7:30 am asking if they could come early and I agreed as it helped me and my schedule. I was very thankful and the 3 gentlemen that did the work were very friendly, fast and took great pride in their work. Integrity Auto Glass should be very proud of them and the serce they all provide.
