I ordered my wind-shield replacement from Integrity and my Geico Insurance and Carly from Integrity Auto Glass expedited the replacement. Rodney (The Installer,'The Man') from Integrity showed up early after calling me before and after. Rodney took care in replacing my wind-shield on my 1993 Olds 88 Royale and gave special instructions. I really appreciated the work they did. A lot of times you can tell a good company better from how they handle a problem. In my case, my first replacement windshield was defective. They promptly came back out and replaced it. It turns out the second install has a defective seal. They are going to come out and fix that too. I could easily complain and say how it sucks that they have to keep coming out, but the reality is that it's beyond their control. I highly recommend them. They really do have integrity.
They should be called No Integrity Glass. I called got a quote, had the service scheduled, and they called and changed their mind. They claimed they do not have my windshield in stock and that the price would be over $1000 instead of the $230 they quoted me over the phone. I wonder how they can stay in business with this as their model. Buyer beware!!!
12/19/15 The guys that came out were great, After all the miscommunication The manager ended up sending the G/Cs over night so that I would get it for Christmas, Today 1/5/16 I got the appoligy I felt I deserved. Yesterday another rock hit our windshield and left a crack on the driver side. We are going to give them another chance since the guys that came out the last time were very nice. We are hoping for a better outcome. Atleast this time I know the G/Cs will come in the mail so I won't be asking the guy for them.
Great experience! Integrity called me to follow up from last time and turned out I needed two car windshields from road construction. Very accommodating with scheduling, and the installer (Fred) was friendly and professional. Since I had a great experience last time I used them, I was planning on calling them - but they beat me to it - thanks Integrity!

This is the first time I have had to have my windshield replaced and I highly recommend them! Steve was efficient, courteous and professionals! Great job!
Very punctual- returned phone call the day I left a message for them--windshield was replaced, at my home, by 11am of the following day. Very cordial and explained everything he was doing. Would recommend them to anyone needing this service. They take credit cards and leave written warranty information.
