We had an excellent experience working with everybody at Integrity but especially Oscar who went the extra mile to get us our car back even with all the crud that the other party's insurance company (The General) tried to throw at them. The best thing I did was make sure my car was inspected by their insurance company at the Integrity Body Shop and not at my house or work. Customer service is great Fidel zavalza is a great guy I took my car in to get an estimate and he gave me advice and let me know what's up like no sugar coating anything which is something not a people do then they end up surprising you with some stuff like oh there is this and there is other stuff and blah blah blah .... But anyways great service and great work come check them out!!!
I was extremely pleased with the customer service Fidel and Oscar's team provided. I took my car in after getting into an accident and it came out looking better than when I bought it! Thank you so much for all of your help!
I highly recommend this place for any auto collision repairs. They have thee best customer service ever and I am completely satisfied with the repairs on my car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at G & C Auto Body and then when I found Integrity, I was soooo relieved. Don't consider going anywhere but here!!!
