Came out fast, nice guy. Did a lot of work taking apart the fridge and defrosting inside the back, which was badly iced up. So far so good. Then he gave me the quote. He said it needed a "very important, very expensive" fuse for the defrost system and the drain hose was blocked. $420. My wife and I said ok. I looked up the "very expensive" fuse on Amazon and two other websites. $18-28 bucks for a genuine Samsung fuse depending on which one. Very honest and did an amazing outstanding job. I’ve known Luis for years. If you need your AC worked on call him. It’s a good idea to get your system service in the mid spring your system needs a tuneup to make sure it’s working properly.
When I asked the tech if the $129 house call charge would be applied to parts or labor he said, “if you want some cheap call Synergy Appliance. I don’t think I want to help you…”. And he hung up on me. So I can’t comment on the quality of this guys work but I can tell you that was the most unprofessional 60 second call I’ve ever had.
Great repair service. Very professional. Responded quickly. Luis had my dryer problem diagnosed and repaired in about an hour. Will call him again if I need appliance, ac, or water heater repair.
Luis knew exactly what was wrong and provided a fair price for the repair - definitely will use again if a need arises!
