Their technicians are on time, professional and courteous. We purchased a new A/C unit from Integrity a couple of years ago and couldn’t have been happier with that experience. The technician, Johnny, is awesome.
I have been a customer of theirs for years. They’ve installed new systems, repaired items as they need it, and continue to do our annual checkups. They are honest, trustworthy and reasonable with their fees — and Rosie on the House certified on top of all of that.
Johnny was very helpful in explaining the AC issue. Johnny did a diagnostic test on the AC unit- found the problem and fix it quickly. We have cool air back in our home-thank you!
