My family started going here last year and we love it! Dr. Rudd and his staff are great! They are all very friendly and caring. My 2.5 year old son just went for his first visit and Emily made him feel so comfortable. She explained everything to him in a way he could understand. I can't say enough great things about Coffee Creek Family Dentistry!

I walked into this dental office from the Bagel shop next door and took a card. I was greeted by a wonderful office manager, Martha. I called when I got home to make an appointment. She was so nice, worked with me on the insurance and was so helpful. My first appointment was two hours for xrays, cleaning and meeting the doctor. Everyone was awesome! Even though my teeth required a rigorous cleaning, it was not painful. Thanks to my hygienist, an excellent job. The office staff is very kind and helpful. Martha, I always appreciate you!!
Staff were so accommodating and polite. My daughter had a traumatic experience with dental work at another dental office and this was completely different. She was at ease- no crying or anxiety!
I have taken my young boys here twice now and I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. Martha was so accommodating when I had to reschedule. Emily was amazing with our boys (ages 2 & 4), she explained everything to them and made their appointment easy and fun. Dr Rudd is great and takes the time to listen and talk about any questions/concerns.
As usual, the visit to Coffee Creek was a fine experience. Going to the dentist always gets my blood pressure up a point or 2, simply because it is a trip to the dentist. There was no pain in the cleaning, only ticking the top pallet when polishing the teeth. Dr. Rudd's team are always kind, courteous and engaging. I cannot remember the name of the hygenist (not Emily) or the dentist (not Tim) but they were exceptional.
