RecommendedI researched a lot of doctors before deciding that my boys would see Dr. Paul. I have a son who has ADHD and I tried for years to not medicate. as a doctor, Dr. Paul is the most intelligent doctor I have ever known.
Dr Paul and Dr Laura are the best! My son is 9 months and loves coming here! Dr Laura gets down to his level on the ground and he immediately feels safe and smiles! I have never had a problem with long waits, miscommunication, or feeling pressured. I get all my questions answered with EXTRA informative information! It could be a good clinic if they actually cared about their patients like they care about money. Apparently, if you schedule an appointment 90 minutes before it happened, and you want to reschedule or cancel it few minutes later, they charge you $150 for it!!! That is ridiculous. They said they don’t mind losing a client over this, since this is their policy. Effective September 1, 2019, Integrative Pediatrics established a $295 fee per family per year regardless of family size. Ostensibly this is for the privilege of their "medical home". Those with the means to pay $295 per year before scheduling a single medical appointment certainly are in a privileged class. Shocked by the new yearly Administrative fee of $295. We have been going for 14 years to Dr. Thomas but I am shopping around.
Great practice...BUT! I just received an invoice for a “new annual administrative fee”! They want $100 now for this quarter and another $295 at the beginning of three year! Never heard of such a thing, ridiculous!
just think it is so tacky that you started to now charge $25 a month to go to you as a pediatrician...more tacky is how you snuck in this new policy in an email. we are looking for a new pediatrician.
