If I could report negative stars, I would. The office staff is unbelievably unprofessional. Do not expect them to ever answer the phone - because they do not. Do not expect their website to have accurate information - because it will not. Do not expect to be treated with an OUNCE of professionalism - because you will not. This is a person who is not an actual medical doctor, but attempts to come across as one. Her clinic is merely overseen by a medical doctor who is never in the facility. I was misdiagnosed. No tests ever ordered. Do not take the chance of you too being misdiagnosed. Go to a real doctor.
They are the best! No more useless docs trying to medicate me. These folks know their business and try to get at the real problems vs. just prescribing pills. Ive never felt better.
staff was neglectfully in listen to the messages we left and took days before responding to what i believed to be serious. internal bleeding was diagnosed when first test came back no internal bleeding, they wouldn't return phone calls on getting second testing done for a week. took another week to get them to give the hospital correct paperwork to have testing set up. two visits to their office - missed diagnosed - charged new patient fee - our nurse practioner robin quits - and now will be stuck finding new doctor and bein... read more
This organization is well run by knowledgeable nurse practitioners who are well equipped to help a person who is struggling to find out what is wrong with her. I was exposed to toxins in my place of employment and became very ill as a result. I found many needed answers here as well as encouragement to seek the other help I needed. I highly recommend this organization.
