I agree, 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH! This practice started out well 11+ years ago. These Nurse Practitioners and their staff have become arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional!!! You get 30 minutes - PERIOD! The original staff used to make up for their bad behavior. THEY HAVE ALL LEFT. That should have been a sign...
