I had never experienced Reiki before, Amy Johnson's approach is very wholistic and everything I was looking for. We are able to dialogue prior to the practice and really establish a direction for the energy work that is the best for me in that moment. I always leave feeling open and reinvigorated.

Love Jen! I've been to dry needlers and accupuncturists but none hold a candle to this miracle worker! If you have had bad experiences or even "meh" experiences in the past as I have, open your mind just once more. I have successfully staved off steroid injections for my back for 3 years now and haven't had to see a chiro in 2! Just try a couple sessions and I'm sure she'll change your world as well!

Jenn is well educated on health and wellness. First, Jenn consulted with me where I was off balance in my system and then we proceeded with the acupuncture treatment. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed while the acupuncture did its work. In just a couple of sessions I started to notice more balance and energy! Highly recommend
